I recently had the pleasure of hosting a wedding event at the Westin Carlsbad, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff were top-notch and made our day truly memorable, particularly with their outstanding service and attention to detail. However, I did notice that the hotel's amenities could use some improvement, especially regarding some of the dining services and room conditions, as these left a bit to be desired. Overall, it was a beautiful venue for events, but there's some room for improvement in other areas.
